Training Approach and Methodology

Leavitt’s training methodology is designed with an adult learner in mind. It is also suitable for young and new persons needing to build their work qualifications. Course curriculum consists of classroom theory, a written test and practical assessment. 

 

 

Classroom Theory With Written Test:

End users are introduced to the safety protocols and procedures necessary to protect oneself and others from harm in a workplace setting. Key learning objectives are introduced through multimedia and visual presentations, interactive discussion and are reinforced through workbooks and supplementary handouts.

 

Practical Component:

End users are educated in the importance of conducting job safety analysis’ and pre-operational inspections, with additional practice time available for new users and novice operators.
